2014 SAPT Formulary (2014): The Magellan Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Medication list includes medications approved for medication assisted treatment (MAT) of alcohol and opiate use disorders for non-titled, non-SMI members engaged in SAPT treatment through Community Bridges.

Crisis Formulary (8-12-13): Crisis Formulary for Non-titled, Non-SMI recipients presenting at an in-network Level 1 Subacute Facility in crisis.  Medications are limited to a 10 day supply with no refills.
